This is a layout of my Lil Sis Tanya when we were about 16 and 18 years old. We thought we'd surprise Mum and Dad for their Wedding Anniversary and get some lovely GLAMOUR photos of ourselves for them. Loads of muck around from photography company at the time but we did get some lovely photos.
My sister is very photogenic and her smile is very natural, although posing for a camera is not her idea of a lot of fun but when she does smile she lights up.
I created this layout from a Word Challenge over at Chookscraps. The word was GLAMOUR so I decided to finally scrap this lovely casual picture of my sister.
Materials Used:
DCWV The Blossoms & Butterflies Stack of printed paper.
Loads of Prima flowers doubled up to give some depth and dimension.
Blue gingham ribbon
Brown loop ribbon
Brown lace edging
White thread for stitching
Kaisercraft - Tigerlily Butterfly
White Acetate printed embellishment
The flowers pick up the blue tones in the photo and the brown gives a lovely contrast.
